Our client is a made-to-order diamond jeweller which is determined to grow their client accessibility nationwide, be it online or in-store. Job role

  • The need is for an experienced Store Lead able to maintain and accelerate our clients service reputation, whilst ensuring operational slickness and driving forward sales.

  • Your leadership and team management will see your store colleagues adopt best practices and this will be linked to emphasising engagement and consultation value to all whom visit to potentially buy.

  • Product knowledge is key to your proteges in-store success, and you are ever keen to cultivate a climate of shared learning.

  • Sales performance and customer experience are key metrics that will be at the forefront of your management view.

  • First impressions matter in this luxury goods field, so a fostering of being a ‘Brand Ambassador ‘ whatever the role held is key and from a store look perspective visual merchandising and cleanliness has to be immaculate.

  • Security and loss prevention calls for constant prioritisation as does the management and constant auditing of stock -at all times. Your team must be aware of compliance expectations and of course operate within health & safety best practice.

  • Customer feedback and the implementation of a store improvement plan will be invaluable for you to map where future improvement (s) will be made.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the sphere that is luxury retail, super to have experience already within the jewellery field.

  • A proven penchant to achieve consistent sales targets whilst interacting with high-end clientele would be just the ticket.

  • You have always revelled in team play are a solid purposeful communicator liking nothing more than pitching solutions that are appropriate for any eventuality.

  • Utilising software and new systems to best impact is a proficiency that you are proud of.

  • Amongst your outstanding interpersonal skills will be exceptional listening and relationship building capabilities.

  • You’ll adore luxury merchandise and have a discerning eye for aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail.

  • Operating within such a fast paced, dynamic environment does call on a high level of pro-activity - the achievement of best store / customer experience outcome is the goal all must share.
