DIRECTIONS

FROM THE M40 SOUTHBOUND

• Exit the M40 at Junction 5 and take the road signposted towards ‘IBSTONE’

• After c. 3 miles you will go down a hill and come to a T-Junction where you will need to turn left towards FINGEST

• After 14 miles you then need to turn right towards SKIRMETT

• Continue on this road for c. 3 miles and enjoy the lovely countryside

• Once you have gone past HAMBLEDEN you will soon be turning left – look out for the road sign to ‘ROTTEN ROW’

• Turn left towards ROTTEN ROW and continue up the hill for c. 2 miles - IT IS A NARROW ROAD!

• Once you are at the top it will level out and soon you will then start to see the farm at Rotten Row on the left hand side, and a pond on your right

• We are here and have a parking space ready and waiting!

FROM THE M40 NORTHBOUND

• Exit the motorway at Junction 4 and take the A404 towards MARLOW

• Take the first exit and turn right at the roundabout towards MARLOW

• Continue towards Marlow, you will pass an Esso Garage on your right

• At the mini roundabout go straight over and then at the next mini roundabout (monument) go straight over again, towards HENLEY

• Continue on this road for c. 5 miles. When you reach MILL END farm (on your right) you will need to take the right hand turning signposted ‘HAMBLEDEN’

• Briefly down the road, take the first right hand country lane turning, signposted towards ‘ROTTEN ROW’.

• Continue up the hill for c. 2 miles - IT IS A NARROW ROAD!

• Once you are at the top it will level out and soon you will then start to see the farm at Rotten Row on the left hand side, and a pond on your right.

• We are here and have a parking space ready and waiting!

FROM THE M4

• Exit the motorway at Junction 8/9 on to the A404

• Continue on here for c. 3 miles, at the roundabout turn left towards MARLOW / BISHAM

• Keep following the main road – you will then approach Marlow over the bridge (be aware this can cause delays in the morning)

• Continue up MARLOW high street, and at the top roundabout (monument) turn left towards HENLEY

• Continue on this road for c. 5 miles. When you reach MILL END farm (on your right) you will need to take the right hand turning signposted ‘HAMBLEDEN’
