Key responsibilities of course encompass Purchasing & Order processing whilst at all stages ensuring sublime supplier relationships are correctly managed with an eagle -eye ever monitoring Inventories to all parties best efficiency advantage.
Pedantic you will be to ensure accurate documentation and record keeping and you are ever poised to provide the best of departmental administrative support.
Collaboration with all in-house is ever the expectation – preventing any unwelcome surprises be a problem solver -and you are always alert to cost control ensuring budgets are ever kept in check
Requirements & desirable Attributes :
Alongside 2 + years’ experience in a comparable / skill transferable administrative rich role.
Familiarity with the Watch & Jewellery trade could be advantageous alongside any luxury consumer brand association
If you possessed an understanding of high-end materials , fixtures and the procurement needs specific to luxury retail environments ( e.g. wood , metal , glass and bespoke manufacturing ) that would be great to have
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( particularly Excel ) and procurement software
You are a talented communicator & trading terms negotiator
Be able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
Enjoy team working whilst be capable to work independently
