Intro:
An established international retail design agency specialising in the watch, jewellery and accessories categories.
Embedded within the development team you will be responsible for the technical design of retail fixtures and spaces, working to create detailed CAD models & drawings suitable for manufacturing.
Job role:
Seize upon briefs from the in-house Creative Design team and interpret renderings to develop designs and bring them to reality.
Use Solidworks to create stable 3D CAD models and detailed drawings suitable to move forward to be manufactured from.
Alongside team members create BOMs and develop parts using various materials and manufacturing processes
Thrive on protype and testing new concepts.
Be on it when it comes to keeping abreast of up-and-coming design trends , materials and technologies.
Requirements:
Good experience with a 3D CAD package ideally Solidworks.
AutoCAD experience is helpful but not necessarily essential.
Possess awareness of a variety of materials and manufacturing processes.
Be an ever-effervescent communicator with broad and effective comprehension skills.
Pride yourself on your workplace efficiency & be a team player but equally happy riding solo.
