As a World-class Swiss manufacturer, our client eclipses all in terms of production and variety of brands that they successfully bring to market. Here in the UK, as with other international markets, customer support and aftersales service is an incredibly important asset to country by country develop.
Consequently, the view is now to take steps to expand their in-company watchmaker team to enable best brand service to be achieved across multiple horological categories, luxury, prestige and traditional.
Job role:
Carry out partial exchange and service on company manufactured watches to specific guideline and standards.
Organise and manage work to ensure all completed within the required given timeline
Identify and order spare parts.
Clearly communicate to colleagues any issues or delays in your workflow.
Be receptive to undertake and relevant technical training in order to increase knowledge and experience.
Requirements:
Professionally conscious with an ability to maintain high level working relationships.
Impeccable attention to detail and motivated to follow specific technical instruction and criteria.
Excellent organisational and time management skills able to effectively prioritise own workload.
Flexible and patient outlook to the requirements of a multi-brand working environment where switching between instructions is critical.
Past familiarity of working towards set targets within a service driven industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Qualifications:
WOSTEP/BHI certification.
Time served apprenticeship in watch repairs.
A manufacturer’s watch servicing accreditation received from a brand owner.
5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (or equivalent).
