You will the handle overall responsibility for promotional and marketing plans in order to deliver sales, and represent the brand internationally, with all new business development globally.

 

THE POSITION The Business Development, Sales & Marketing Manager will handle overall responsibility for promotional and marketing plans in order to deliver sales, and will represent the brands throughout Europe and Middle East, with all new business development globally.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside and manage team to develop 12 month promotional plans and communicate with all retailers
  • Lead presentations with buyers, prospecting to potential accounts and promotional plans
  • Strive to improve the brand positioning and elevate the brand with permanent and/or promotional sites
  • Pitch for new business and represent the brand at buyer meetings
  • Oversee P&L and ensure profitability is maintained in all markets
  • Grow new territories throughout Europe and Middle East, immediate focus on Spain, Portugal, Germany and UAE.
  • Oversee the Visual Merchandising (stores and online) function; introduce and manage Sales Agents throughout all territories for independent/boutique accounts

  • Contribute to the overall business direction and strategy.
  • Carry out additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the role.

Role Requirements:

Experience in Watch & Jewellery Industry

Experience with managing the Retail staff, in-store and Area Manager level

Existing relationships with the best class retailers located in Spain, Portugal, Germany, Middle East, UK&EIRE

Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills

Incredible attention to detail

Experience travelling and conducting business in Europe & Middle East

Strong project management skills and the ability to follow through effectively
