Shortly to celebrate 25 years’ service within the world of Sales Recruitment, Jolyon is possibly the most accomplished recruiter within his market speciality and generation.
He commenced his association with top brands in a retail setting with HARRODS, before moving onwards to CADBURY’S to gain an FMCG Grocery finish; he then accepted the challenge of Consumer Durable field sales.
The first stop was with the brand AVIA Watches, today owned by FOSSIL. Before accepting his final role entering the recruitment consultancy profession, he moved into selling SEIKO & LORUS clocks.
Now leading his own specialist recruitment practise, he is enormously proud of both the brands and people JML represent, and looks forward with his growing team to many future placement successes.

Tim joined the team midway through 2014 following a successful placement within the industry for one the Watch trade’s most respected brands.
During this period, he spent time in the field in a Nationwide role before migrating to Key Accounts where he was able to influence growth with leading multiples and best-in-class independent stockists. Working closely with the brand team he was able to exercise his creative talents alongside sales prowess before leaving the company after a change of ownership. Prior to this employment, Tim enjoyed time working within the entertainment industry and an unrelated recruitment sector following completion of his studies in the field of Marketing.
Rebecca joined the team in 2015, with a love for all things jewellery progressing a career into the industry seemed like the natural step to take.
Rebecca’s previous experience encompasses both recruitment and the luxury sector. Formerly a Recruitment Manager with a proven track record, she has run a busy department and administered the employment of over 400 staff at any one time; she has also undertaken recruitment for an International Language School. Furthermore, during a spell in Property Management, Rebecca managed a portfolio of over 1,000 clients in a prestigious Central London location.
Rebecca is now progressing her career within JML with responsibilities encompassing Office Management including all Marketing aspects within the business alongside progressing further into Account Management.
