He commenced his association with top brands in a retail setting with HARRODS, before moving onwards to CADBURY’S to gain an FMCG Grocery finish; he then accepted the challenge
of Consumer Durable field sales. The first stop was with the brand AVIA Watches, today owned by FOSSIL. Before accepting his final role entering the recruitment consultancy profession, he moved into selling SEIKO & LORUS clocks.
Now leading his own specialist recruitment practise, he is enormously proud of both the brands and people JML represent, and looks forward with his growing team to many future placement successes.

With previous experience as a Supervisor/Senior Team Leader in the hospitality sector, we are confident that her organisational panache will swiftly make a positive impression on all those with whom we proactively liaise.
Obviously highly talented, this is Emma-Jane’s first landing in the world of sales and marketing recruitment, but we anticipate that this career move will be just the first of potentially several steps forward within our business. With her competitive, “can-do” approach, and track record of achievement in all undertakings whether professional or personal, we anticipate great things for us here at The Old Calf Barn.
Most importantly though, our much treasured clientele and candidates will I’m sure become ever more delighted by the service experience we offer.
Ever keen to serve our specialist sector, we are happy to announce Tim McManus as the imminent addition to our respected team and a familiar face from the Watch Industry.
Not long after graduating, Tim moved into recruitment in an unrelated sector, driving value through the astute implementation of a raft of inspired marketing initiatives, which succeeded in attracting the best and most suitable candidates.
Then, after a brief spell leading and managing a sizeable and varied team providing the Visitor Best Experience, his passion to move “brand side” became irresistible. Initially in a pioneering role, his task was to reintroduce an established watch name to High Street retail jewellers nationwide. Progression from field sales to key account management was then realised, leading to exposure to many of our industry’s nationally significant retail groups.
We believe that Recruitment Consultants should have had experience of performing within the candidate job roles for which they are entrusted to recruit. We are all looking forward with excitement to supporting Tim's Recruitment Consultancy career.
